Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our success. Every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 30 days (in-store and internet purchases) to return your item(s). EXCLUDES BICYCLES. We will set you up for an an exchange if desired or a refund for the full amount of your purchase minus any outbound & return shipping charges and restocking fees. Simple. To exchange your item for something else, please contact us at 1-207-699-5695, or online@gorhambike.com. We'll initiate a return and make sure you get taken care of.

Special Order Returns: The return of items that were special ordered to fulfill an in-store or online order are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Important Qualifiers: Internet order returns and exchanges - All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned to Gorham Bike and Ski within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of Gorham Bike and Ski error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number. *We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Return Qualifiers

  • Original receipt required for all returns.
  • Any returned items must be unused and in like-new condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Within 30 days of purchase a full refund will be issued.
  • After 30 days, returned items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Closeout items are not returnable.
  • Excludes bicycles. Other exclusions may apply.

What is a Special Order?

A special order is any item that we do not currently have in stock. Or any item we do not normally stock.

When placing a special order, the following terms are applicable:

  • Sale prices do not apply.
  • All special orders must be paid in-full before ordering.
  • Returns of special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Special orders must be picked up within 14 days.
