We want your holiday season to be special and hassle-free. If you place your order on Sunday, December 11, 2023 before the end of the day, your order should arrive by Friday, December 22nd. Read below for details and restrictions

  • Orders must be placed before midnight ET on December 11, 2023.
  • Orders placed after midnight ET on December 11, 2023 may not arrive, and may not arrive prior to the Christmas holiday regardless of shipping method selected.
  • Exclusions: Special Order items (items marked as "In Warehouse") and APO/FPO/PO Box Shipments and orders requiring binding mounting and adjustment service.
  • We will do everything within our power to get your order to you but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or issues with carriers.

Here at Gorham Bike & Ski we have thousands of items that we ship to the lower 48 contiguous states via Ground shipping for FREE (Excludes some oversized items such as skis, ski poles, indoor trainers as well as sale and closeout items)! Make sure the address is deliverable by USPS, UPS or FedEx and your that order is over $99. It's as simple as that! We believe in providing the best products at the best prices and that includes shipping costs.

How do I get free shipping?

Receiving FREE Ground shipping on your order is simple. Add any qualifying item to your shopping cart and then input the deliverable shipping address your items will be sent to. You will have the option to select the “Ground” shipping option from the choices. Choose this option and then proceed to Checkout to complete your checkout process.

Is there a limit on how many items I can purchase with FREE Ground Shipping?

No. You can purchase and have as many qualifying items to ship free as you want at any time with the "Ground" shipping option. Just make sure you are shipping to a deliverable address.

Does FREE Ground shipping apply to P.O. Box, Military Addresses, or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately it does not at this time. Any order shipped to an address of this type must ship via the United States Postal Service, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day Air and does not qualify for FREE Ground shipping. Handling charges may still apply, and all items must be shipped to within the 48 contiguous United States.

We are offering some wicked good deals on most of our winter products right now. While we like giving you a great deal we still have to keep the lights on and pay our staff. So we're offering the following flat rate ground shipping fees on our most popular winter gear. Even with these added shipping fees you're still paying way less than full price! All regular priced Winter items over $99 still ship free via ground in the continental U.S. See Services & Processing Times below for more details.

Free In-store pick-up applies to in-stock items only. The "In-Store" pick-up shipping method has a default charge of $15. If the items on your order are in-stock in one of our locations, the $15 charge will be deducted before your card is charged.  Orders filled from "Warehouse" may incur additional charges. Most orders of in-stock items will be ready for pick-up at the stocking store within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from other and off-site locations and that additional charges may apply. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 14 days. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be returned to stock and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.


Your satisfaction is our success. Every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 30 days 30 days (in-store and internet purchases) to return your item(s). We will set you up for an an exchange if desired or a refund for the full amount of your purchase minus any outbound & return shipping charges and restocking fees. Simple. To exchange your item for something else, please contact us at 1-207-699-5695, or We'll initiate a return and make sure you get taken care of.

Sales and orders fulfilled from in-stock inventory will incur not additional fees (shipping or restocking).

The return of items that were special ordered to fulfill and in-store or online order are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Important Qualifiers: Internet order returns and exchanges - All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned to Gorham Bike and Ski within 30 days of the obtaining your RA number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of Gorham Bike and Ski error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number. *We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

International Orders

Gorham Bike & Ski does not ship to international addresses outside the United States.

Order Processing Times

Please note: All orders are subject to a 24-48 hour processing time. Air shipping or Expedited shipping will not decrease your order processing time. It will decrease your order's transit time once it has left our location.

When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
