If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 30 days 30 days (in-store and internet purchases) to return your item(s). We will set you up for an an exchange if desired or a refund for the full amount of your purchase minus any outbound & return shipping charges and restocking fees. Simple. Special Order Returns: The return of items that were special ordered to fulfill an in-store or online order are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Original receipt required for all returns.
- No returns on bikes, skis, and roof-top or hitch-mount car racks.
- Any returned items must be in like-new condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Within 30 days of purchase a full refund will be issued.
- After 30 days, returned items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Closeout items are not returnable.
What is a Special Order?
A special order is any item that we do not currently have in stock. Or any item we do not normally stock.
When placing a special order, the following terms are applicable:
- Sale prices do not apply.
- Shipping charges: Bikes, $40 minimum; Parts & accessories, $10 minimum.
- All special orders must be paid in-full before ordering.
- Returns of special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Special orders must be picked up within 14 days.
