Starting Wednesday, June 17th, the showrooms of our 4 Maine locations will be open to customers! After more than 12 weeks of doing all of our customer services curbside, on the phone and online we are looking forward to connecting with you more, getting you set-up with your new bike, parts & accessories and solving your cycling related problems. The number of customers in the stores will be metered and our goal is to have the shopping be targeted, with limited to no browsing. Drop-off and pick-up of bicycle service as well as pick-up of phone and online orders will continue to be done curbside. When calling the store please be patient. If you don't get through, please leave a message and we will return your call.

As excited as we are to take this next step, the safety of our customers and staff is still our top priority. We are following the latest guidelines put out by CDC and The World Health Organization. Read below for an overview of our in-store shopping operations. We thank you in advance for your support and patience.

Our Bike Experts will come out and get you.

Once they are free, one of our Bike Experts will come out and invite you in. Our doors will remained locked. Please do not enter the building without being asked.

Masks/Face coverings are required inside.

All customers in our stores are required to wear a mask. Our staff will be wearing masks as well. No exceptions will be made. If you do not have a mask or face covering, we will provide you with one. 

Please sanitize your hands once inside.

We will provide hand sanitizer inside for you to sanitize your hands before shopping.

 

Please note, our bathrooms are unavailable for use.

Online Shopping - Convenient and Safe

Shop online 24/7 and choose from Safe Crubside Pickup at Store, Free Home Delivery (bikes only) or Free Shipping for accessories and parts for orders of $75 or more.

STEP 1. Go to gorhambike.com to find the items you need. 

STEP 2. Bike Purchases: Select Safe Home Delivery (FREE. Bikes only. Local only.) or Safe At-Store Pick-up. We are currently offering 30-day returns on bikes.* We will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment for your bike and any accessories you ordered. Non-Bike Purchases: Select Ground Shipping (Free for orders $75 or more) or Safe At-Store Pick-up.

STEP 3. Practice social distancing by going for bike ride! Have fun! Stay safe!

*Returned items must be in like-new condition and will be at Gorham Bike & Ski's descretion.

Drop-Off Instructions

Step 1. Drive up to anyone of our locations.

Step 2. Call the store.

Step 3. Our staff will evaluate your bike, give you and estimate and get the bike on our schedule for repair and call you when it's done.

Can't get you bikes to one of our stores for service? Have us come to you with our Mobile Bike Shop! We'll service your bikes with a safe, no-contact home visit. Schedule at-home service.

 

Pick-up Instructions

Step 1. When you come to pick-up your bike call the shop and pay for your service over the phone.

Step 2. We'll make sure your bike is disinfected and bring it out to you.

Step 3. Load your bike up and go for a ride! Be safe and have fun!
