Fully Custom Training Programs and Consultation
Gold & Silver Coaching plans are one-to-one rider-coach relationships that revolve around a fully custom training program. The program is written specifically for you by your coach based on your goals, target events, and personal limiters and strengths determined by discussions, goal setting and a detailed review of your training history. The major difference between the Silver and Gold level is the amount of time and the way you and your coach consult with each other about your training on a daily, weekly and monthly basis - either via email, text, phone or in-person when possible. They are more the same than different.

About Your Coach
Dave Palese has been working with athletes of all levels from around the U.S. and Canada, novice to professional, since 2002. He has helped many athletes acheive their goals including state champions in criteriums, road racing, cyclocross and mountain biking. Countless recreational riders, charity and grand fondo riders have worked with Dave to improve their experience on the bike and acheive their personal goals. Along with being a certified Master bike fitter and USAC Level II coach, Dave is the General Manager of Gorham Bike & Ski and you'll likely run in to him in one of the stores.
